M&A partner Antje Mattfeld joins from Schön Nolte Finkelnburg & Clemm, where she advised on cross-border transactions; she is also experienced in competition law.
Finance lawyer Julia Müller joins on 1 August from Allen & Overy, where she was an associate. She specialises in banking finance work with a particular focus on acquisition and project finance.
