This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.
The firm has poached Qays Zu'bi, a partner with Bahraini law practice, Al-Mahmood & Zu'bi to head up the new office in Manama.
The new office will focus on banking, infrastructure and other financial transactions in the Gulf. Through Zu'bi, the firm will also have full local litigation and counselling capability covering banking, company and commercial matters.
Zu'bi will be joined in Bahrain by White & Case lawyer, Michael Quigley who is transferring from the firm's Paris office. He is experienced in various international financing matters including oil developments and power projects.
