The London office of White & Case is losing its sole property partner after just a year in the job.
Louise Anderson, who joined the firm at the end of last year from CMS Cameron McKenna, is leaving to study horticulture and garden design. The office's only remaining property capability is five-year qualified associate Sally Thomson, who moved with Anderson from Camerons. London head of acquisition finance Maurice Allen said: "Next year, people say there are going to be lots of whole business securitisations, and there is lots of real estate involved in that. We will come back to this at some point." Anderson's recent deals include acting for the Wellcome Trust on its £300m investment acquisition of 54 acres of residential estate in London.
