White & Case's London office has boosted revenue 37 per cent from $172.2m in 2006 to $235.7m in 2007 despite market volatility in the second half of the year.
Average profit per equity partner (PEP) in London grew by 19 per cent from $1.276m at the end of 2006 up to $1.528m.
White & Case co-head of banking and capital markets, Maurice Allen, commented: "In London we have experienced a 35 per cent year on year growth for the last five years. No other firm has been able to achieve that. What that shows is that we are taking market share from top firms."
The firm has had an amazing two years in the UK capital. Last year the firm boosted PEP by 67 per cent.
Allen said: "If you look at US firms you see that they don't have a significant presence outside of London. Our success in Asia, North America and Europe has meant that we have an advantage."
