Which? liaises with legal service website

Online legal alliance QualitySolicitors.com has joined forces with consumer watchdog Which? to enable users of the former to access the latter’s legal telephone advice service.

QualitySolicitors.com, which launched at the beginning of this year, charges firms an annual fee to sit on a panel that enables them to pool their resources with similar firms across the country.

Under ;the ;tie-up with Which?, users of ­QualitySolicitors.com will also be able to access Which? Legal Services’ ­telephone service as well as website JustAnswer.com.

QualitySolicitors.com chief executive Craig Holt said: “The whole purpose of our alliance is to develop the number-one legal brand to help solicitor firms survive the entrance into the legal market of supermarkets and banks under the Legal
Services Act. Arrangements such as this can only help achieve that aim.”
