Watson Farley & Williams has promoted two lawyers to its partnership, both of whom are based outside the UK.

Michael Greville
The lawyers have been made up in its Athens and Bangkok offices and are in the project and structured finance and international litigation groups respectively. One of them is a woman.
Managing partner Michael Greville commented: “Our 2010 promotions are in recognition of lawyers who’ve achieved in performance and confirms the continued growth of our international offering.”
This is the second year running that the firm’s UK office has missed out on any promotions. Last year the firm promoted five, all of whom were based either in Europe and Singapore.
This year’s additions will bring the total number of partners at the firm to 92.
The new partners are:
Athens
Marisetta Marcopoulou, international project and structured finance group
Bangkok
Alan Polivnick, international litigation group
