Watson Farley & Williams has promoted three associates to the partnership this year, two of whom started as trainees in 1995.
Litigation specialist David Foster and corporate lawyer Christina Howard were made up in the London office, having joined the firm as trainees 11 years ago.
This year's round of promotions at Watson Farley is the first since 2002 to have neglected the firm's European offices in Hamburg, Paris, Piraeus and Rome. It also sees the smallest number of partners Watson Farley has made up since 2003, when it made up only two.
In the Singapore office, Madeline Leong was promoted from consultant to partner after joining the international finance practice in 2003 from Johnson Stokes & Master's Hong Kong office.
