Warren Taylor
Warren Taylor is a partner in our corporate team. He acts for quoted and private companies and institutional clients on corporate finance matters, both domestic and cross-border. Warren also regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters.

His experience includes equity capital markets work on the Official List and AIM, such as flotations and secondary fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals, takeovers (both recommended and hostile), joint ventures and private equity.
Taylor has particular expertise in the healthcare, climate change and energy and real-estate sectors. In collaboration with HealthInvestor magazine, he publishes the annual Healthcare Barometer survey and has spoken on a number of occasions at the HealthInvestor Investing in Healthcare conference.
