Ward Hadaway has continued recruiting for its fledgling Leeds office with the hire of a senior property litigation partner from Addleshaw Goddard.

Philip O’Loughlin established the property litigation team at Addleshaws, where he was a partner for 17 years.
Ward Hadaway Leeds managing partner Andrew Hoyle said O’Loughlin’s knowledge of the Yorkshire market and his specialisation would be an asset.
The firm opened in Leeds in the summer of 2008 with six partners focusing on construction, property, insolvency, employment and healthcare. The office recently added Beachcroft employment partner Harmajinder Hayre to its roster.
O’Loughlin’s hire is understood ;to ;have been formalised before Addleshaws announced its 19-partner cull (TheLawyer. com, 21 January).
