  • All very interesting.
Alas, without the US or Israel being signatories to the Rome Statute of the ICC, any debate over the legality of a strike will remain academic.

  • This is merely another war demanded by Israel and its sentries in the West.
Don't dress it up by creating an artificial legal framework to justify it.

  • This is not another war demanded by Israel. It is however a wake up call to those in the West who believe that disarming a radical racist and highly dangerous regime operating out of Iran may be accomplished over a cup of tea.

  • Anon @ 12.04: It is a war not just demanded by Israel, but in fact by Netanyahu for his personal self aggrandisement; and he is intent on roping in or blackmailing the USA to join the bandwagon.
If Netanyahu did not have the USA to 'back up' Israel's actions, he would think twice before fomenting this war. The world does not need any of these disruptive wars that cost us our children and family members.
