Walker Morris has scored a victory in the High Court on behalf of client Cleveland Bridge in the Wembley Stadium litigation. The steelworks company had sued contractors Multiplex for breach of contract in June following the successful erection of the new signature arch. A decision handed down last week ordered Multiplex to pay Cleveland Bridge £1.95m. A further damages claim exceeding £20m has been issued in the Technology and Construction Court.
