Vanhulle named as new global tax chief at Linklaters

Linklaters has named Brussels head of tax Henk Vanhulle as its new global tax chief.

Henk, who has been a partner at the magic circle firm since 1995, has taken over from Yash Rupal who is handing over the reigns after completing a three-year term.

Rupal, in turn, has become the UK head of tax, replacing Mark Kingstone.

Linklaters global commercial head Arnaud de la Cotardière said: “I’m delighted to welcome Henk into his new role. His extensive corporate tax experience, coupled with his focus on clients and people, makes him ideally suited for the role.”
