Leading commercial and public law set 2 Hare Court has elected Charles Flint QC and Presiley Baxendale QC as joint heads of chambers (pictured above). Baxendale was counsel during the Arms to Iraq hearings.

Colin Ross-Munro QC, head of chambers for the past 19 years, will continue to practice from the set.

In August, the 52-tenant set is moving to Blackstone House on Essex Street, which was recently acquired by Middle Temple from BUPA. It will be known as Blackstone Chambers.

Practice manager Julia Horner said the move created so much work that two heads of chambers were needed to spread the load.
