largest firms. Headquartered in Cardiff, it has satellite
offices in Nottingham and Derby and a wide
range of practice areas, including corporate finance
and real estate.
In 2004-05, Edwards Geldard brought in £22.4m,
with an average PEP of £220,000. Equity is fairly
tightly held, with 28 of the 50 partners full equity.
A little more than a third of the firm's income comes
from contentious work, with corporate and commercial
