It was an encouraging year for litigation specialist
Russell Jones & Walker (RJW), which saw turnover
rise some 10 per cent to £37m. The firm consolidated
its acquisition of the Claims Direct brand
with the announcement that it was looking to buy
out personal injury (PI) claims intermediary National
Accident Helpline. New Claims Direct is fully incorporated
into RJW, with lawyers working for both
the firm and the company.
RJW continues to focus on insurance-related litigation,
primarily PI, for institutions, trade unions
and individuals.
