Litigation-heavy Kennedys saw a healthy rise
in turnover this year following a static period in
2003 and 2004. Income increased by a massive 32
per cent globally and profit by 6 per cent. That
growth was mimicked by the growth in number of
partners, from 67 to 79.
In the UK, insurance and litigation work are
Kennedys' staples, and the firm found itself
reappointed to the NHS Litigation Authority panel
as well as winning a place on Tesco's new insurance
claims panel.
