CADWALADER WICKERSHAM & Taft
recorded another year of increased turnover,
with the London office generating around
£39m. The firm's London partners also
enjoy one of the largest payouts for PEP
at £1.6m.
Cadwalader's financial restructuring team
handled some significant projects, including
British Energy and Queens Moat Houses.
There was a noticeable push into structured
finance with the hires of Angus Duncan from
Allen & Overy and Christian Parker from
Norton Rose. Project finance, though, was
all but abandoned when the firm shed around
six lawyers from the group. |
