Lawyers from Cameron McKenna and Herbert Smith recently took part in a delegation to China to discuss "the effect of the rule of law on economic growth". Pamela Castle, head of Camerons' environment practice, was joined by Martin Rogers, of Herbert Smith Hong Kong, and barristers Michael Beloff QC, Johnny Veeder QC and Helen Mountfield. The delegation, which was funded by the European Union, was headed by Lord Howe of Aberavon.
