Lawrence Graham set the tone when it closed a $25m (£13.7m) acquisition in India within the past month. The firm also featured on one of the highest-profile deals out of the country in recent times, advising nominated adviser Arden Partners on Great Eastern Energy’s £105m AIM floatation. Olswang, another firm that is developing a focus on India, advised Great Eastern.
