Two more partners for Couderts' London office

US firm Coudert Brothers has appointed two more English-qualified solicitors to partnership at its London office.

Christine de Ferrars Green and Dean Poster bring the total to nine English-qualified partners out of 10 in the London office in what is described as a "multinational partnership".

De Ferrars Green is an eight-years qualified property lawyer who left City firm Gouldens to join Couderts at the start of 1996.

Dean Poster, who has been with the firm since 1993, is a corporate lawyer.

He will continue to act on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures and privatisations.

Couderts was one of the first practices to take advantage of the Courts and Legal Service Acts of 1990 that allowed English and foreign lawyers jointly to enter into partnership in an international practice.
