Field Fisher Waterhouse’s respected IT and IP team was reeling last week after two partners resigned in consecutive days.
Senior IT/IP litigator Mark Lewis resigned for IBB Solicitors one day and respected patent litigator Jonathan Radcliffe quit for Nabarro Nathanson the next.
A Field Fisher spokesperson said: “The two resignations are not linked and we wish them both well.”
Radlciffe joins Nabarros IP team after five years at the firm he joined from Beachcroft Wansboroughs. Radcliffe is a patent litigator with recent experience in the House of Lords and Court of Appeal.
Lewis, who has been involved in some of the firm's largest franchising disputes, joins IBB, a 27-partner South East firm.
