  • The 'gentleman' referred to doesn't allow anyone to comment on his blog who might disagree with him so I would have thought it would be rather difficult for the author to engage him.

  • After the Liechtenstein tax scandals of 2008 which proved trusts and foundations were the core structures of tax evasion, there's a snowball's chance in hell that trusts won't be included in the eusd amendments.
