Travers Smith and New York-based Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy acted for ClinPhone's London Stock Exchange IPO. ClinPhone is a specialist supplier of technology solutions to the clinical trials industry. It will have a market capitalisation of £94m on listing. The IPO included a £60m placing of new and existing shares. Investec acted as sole sponsor, financial adviser and underwriter. Travers advised ClinPhone, led by London corporate finance partner Andrew Gillen, while Milbank represented Investec, led by London global corporate partner Tim Emmerson.
