It was over to Ken's house on Tuesday 1 November for Tulkinghorn as Clintons' sports team threw a bash to celebrate London's victory in its Olympics bid.
He was met at the door by none other than the UK's most glittering divorce lawyer, Ray Parlour's nemesis Liz Vernon, and later spied Lord Coe, who had jogged along to say a few words.
Meanwhile, the Clintons partners focused valiantly on schmoozing clients rather than playing the darts or the giant Scalextric that the firm had laid on for entertainment.
Various celebs mingled, but rumours that mindbender Paul McKenna, who's currently facing Clintons in a commercial dispute, was going to show up and brainwash the partners proved unfounded.
