Top-earning Nabarro partner took home £484,000 in 2010-11
Nabarro’s top-earning partner got £484,000 in the 2010-11 financial year, down 4 per cent from £505,000 in 2009-10.
The drop came as turnover and profit also fell marginally for the firm. The amount billed to clients over the year was £112.5m, down from £113.8m, while profit available for division among partners was down from £37.4m to £33.5m.
The firm also continued to eat into its war chest, with cash at the bank and in had down from £9m to £6.9m in 2010-11. As a result, the firm’s net funds went down from £8m to £5.8m over the same period.
Staff numbers at the firm fell in 2010-11, to 724. In 2009-10 there were 781 staff. On average there was one more partner at the firm in 2010-11, at 123.

I think this report is a little naive. Perhaps the "average" compensation for all partners was 484 - but with spreads between the highest to lowest earning partners at some firms exceeding 20 to 1 - the highest earning partner at Nabarro did far better than 484 . . . if the firm had any hope of keeping them!

No, the article says that was the amount paid to "Nabarro’s top-earning partner".
Presumably the also rans got significantly less than that - hardly worth gtetting out of bed for.
