Personal injury and medical negligence lawyer Andrew Urbanek gives an object lesson in how to avoid being sued for serving pear and almond tart with a smattering of Amaretto ice cream. In an upcoming episode of BBC's Masterchef, to be shown on 2 June, Urbanek (right), a partner at London firm Cartwright Cunningham Haselgrove & Co, demonstrates to Loyd Grossman (left) and QE2 executive chef Richard Wicks (centre) how to make turbot tantalising. The episode was recorded recently with Urbanek showing off his culinary, as opposed to legal, skills in the blue kitchen to Grossman, Wicks and Radio 4 Woman's Hour presenter Jenny Murray. Anyone curious to know exactly what gourmet delights he cooked up can tune in on the day or buy a copy of the BBC's Good Food magazine. Any requests for recipe tips should be addressed to Urbanek direct.
