Toffoletto in double merger

Toffoletto e Soci, the Italian member of global employment law network Ius Laboris, has merged with Aldo Bottini and Elio Cherubini. Bottini specialises in consultancy for top executives and advises on collective dismissals, restructurings and M&A. Cherubini's main focus is collective dismissals, restructurings, agency and distribution law, litigation, arbitration and pensions law.
