Two niche practices join Ius Laboris firm Toffoletto e Soci
Toffoletto e Soci, the Italian member of international employment law network Ius Laboris, has merged with two niche practices. The firm will gain two new partners and three associates as a result of the deals.
Aldo Bottini and Elio Cherubini have both merged their practices with Toffoletto. Bottini’s practice specialises in consultancy for top management executives and advice on collective dismissals, restructuring processes and mergers and acquisitions.
Cherubini’s main focus is collective dimissals, restructuring processes, agency and distributorship law, litigation and arbitration as well as pensions law.
Toffoletto has also promoted the head of its Rome branch, Emanuela Nespoli, to partnership.
