TLT managing partner gets a third term

West Country firm TLT Solicitors has re-elected David Pester as managing partner. Pester will commence his third term at the helm in April.

He is credited with being the driving force behind TLT's growth, which has seen it triple its turnover to £40m and increase the partnership from 29 to 75 since he was first elected in 2002.

Pester has led two London-based mergers in the past three years - the first with niche banking and financial services practice Lawrence Jones in 2005 and, more recently in June 2007, with Constant & Constant.
