Bristol firm TLT has grown its turnover by 14 per cent to hit £15.75m. The last 12 months leading up to TLTs third birthday have been its most successful to date. Average profits per equity partner have risen from £135,000 for 2001-02 to £175,000 for the last financial year. The number of equity partners has remained the same at 18. Last time, the equity spread was £90,000-£150,000; for 2002-2003, it was £135,000-£200,000. TLT now has a total partnership of 36 following six new partner appointments during the year. The firm has now brought all 320 staff under one roof in its new Bristol city centre headquarters. Managing partner David Pester said: "A lot of hard work and commitment has resulted in TLT winning more work from many current clients, as well as adding companies like First Choice to our client base. The move to our new HQ completes an excellent year."
