Three-year-old expelled

An early preliminary hearing seems likely in the High Court case of a three-year-old boy expelled from his Gloucestershire school after allegations he sexually molested a three-year-old girl at the school. The boy's parents are suing the management of the school for breach of contract claiming they were not given an opportunity to respond to allegations against their son. They want declarations that in expelling their son the school acted in breach of natural justice and that the expulsion was ineffective.
