East Midlands firm Freeth Cartwright has promoted three senior associates to its 63-partner top tier. Amy Morley has been appointed partner in the firm's Nottingham construction team, Darren Williamson in the commercial property team and Mark Thomson in the commercial services group. Janet Rhodes, the former principal manager of the firm's commercial property team, and Mark Flatman, formally principal planning manager of the firm's planning and environment group, have been made directors, the highest rank possible for a non-lawyer at the firm.
