Equity structure: Lockstep with 10 per cent bonus pool. The firm is in the process of moving towards a modified lockstep. The equity partnership is set to vote on the new remuneration system by year-end. At present, fixed-share and salaried partners can share in the bonus, with the proportion varying from 10 to 25 per cent.
