Thomas Eggar hire leads merger hunt

Seymour, who has been at Camerons for five years, joins Thomas Eggar as ­business development head and will oversee the firm’s drive for new business in its growth sectors of retail, manufacturing, sport and media, hotels and leisure, and technology.

While the firm is still looking at the possibility of a merger in London, it is also in the process of recruiting lawyers for its growing City base.
