Theodores, Addleshaws delay merger vote

Theodore Goddard and Addleshaw Booth & Co have pushed the date on which partners will vote on their proposed merger back to 16 April. The vote is understood to be a dead cert, since the firms announced publicly that they had entered exclusive talks on Valentine's Day.
