Always learning something new.

Switching off on holiday.
What's your biggest work/career mistake and what did you learn from it?
Sending a gearbox to rural France at short notice but forgetting to tell the garage it was coming. It's not a career mistake, but it shows you can do a brilliant technical job and still forget the basics.
