Register now Register with The Lawyer Olongapo Joe 15 October 2012 at 03:12 China recently bullied the Philippines over ownership of the tiny islands of Scarborogh Shoal (some 100 miles from the former US Subic Naval Base in the Philippnes and almost 500 miles from mainland China). It was not uncommon for Amercian aviators from Subic and Clark Air Base to use Scarborogh Shoal as a firing range for their ordnance.
