These have included partner Andy Rothenberg, who left for Jones Day, associates Richard Hodgson and Brian Tomlinson, who have been lured by Linklaters, and most recently associate Alexandra Woodcock.
Bingham London managing partner James Roome told The Lawyer: "There's no problem from our point of view. Yes there's been a small level of turnover, but I don't think it's significant. We're happy with the team."
Not significant? Considering the department currently only has 12 associates, the departures of one partner and three associates would indeed seem 'significant'.
