The Lawyer HR Awards 2008: the finalists

Lawyer2B.coms sister magazine The Lawyer has unveiled the long-awaited shortlist for its second annual HR Awards.

The finalists for the best graduate recruitment campaign are Berwin Leighton Paisner, Nottingham-based Browne Jacobson, DLA Piper, DMH Stallard, Nabarro and US outfit Weil Gotshal & Manges. The 2006 award in this category was won by magic circle firm Clifford Chance.

Meanwhile, Allen & Overy, Bevan Brittan, Lovells, Norton Rose, Pinsents Masons and Shoosmiths have been shortlisted for the most effective diversity programme category.

Other categories include best recruitment website, award for excellence in training and innovation in talent management and retention.

The winners will be announced on 12 February 2008 so watch this space.
