It would be helpful if you printed a summary of the judges' reasons for giving each award. Without that the list of winners is not very interesting

it's all policitical anyway - nothing to do with what the firm or company actually achieved. The submission does not allow for a substantive assessment of what has been achieved. Looking at what some of the shortlisted people have achieved when compared with others is enough to show that

Yes, it would be good to see the reasoning as I would not expect to see DLA Piper in any "best team" award - let alone real estate - given all the lay off's they have made in that area (including partners) and the claims made against them for unlawful dismissal.
