It is a big accomplishment for somebody to built such a firm, certainly not alone, but with so much drive, committment and luck. However, the future might hold things which are not as easy to overcome as the past.

Building an empire is easier than sustaining one. By annonucing further growth and the build up of offices in overseas locations, I wonder if the business model of this firm, based on the Spanish market, will be strong enough.

And firms with founders at its helm are not necessarily best equipped for future challenges; founders tend to insist on their vision as the right one, excluding other ideas and insights. And this might limit the strategic choices available to Cuatrecases as a firm too much.
