TD Securities and Bank of Scotland are lead arrangers on the senior debt financing of start-up broadband cable television company eOn Communications Corporation. Financing split between revolving credit facility of £135m, junior facility of £20m and £110m equity from Madison Dearborn Partners, TD Capital Communications Partners, Incepta Partners and GE Capital Telecom.
