Taylor Wessing elects new senior partner as Winter's term ends
Taylor Wessing has elected real estate partner Adam Marks as senior partner to replace Martin Winter, who has stood down after six years at the helm.

Marks, a former UK real estate head (26 November 2003) and a partner at the firm since 1999, is set to serve a three-year team.
He spent four years on the firm’s executive board and was previously a member of the international management board.
Winter joined the firm in 2001 from Pinsent Curtis Biddle, the legacy firm of Pinsent Masons, where he had been senior partner.
He became Taylor Wessing senior partner in 2005 after Richard Marsh stood down (18 July 2005) and was re-elected to a second term after three years (28 October 2008).
Managing partner Tim Eyles said in a statement: “I’d like to thank Martin for all his work in his capacity as the UK’s senior partner during his two terms of office. I now look forward to Adam Marks taking on this role. The future is looking very bright for Taylor Wessing and I have every confidence that Adam will provide great support in this new capacity.”
Marks said: “It’s an exciting time to be at Taylor Wessing. Under Tim’s leadership, we have a focused strategy with an increasingly international reach and I look forward to supporting Tim in continuing the firm’s growth.”

Is it simply me or is that fellow's suit not very much too bright for a lawyer. He looks like the fellow who comes in to clean our telephones each month. I would strongly advise him to find a tailor who is not so firmly in the music hall tradition.
