Taylor Wessing’s head of Real Estate John Whitfield is to step down at the end of this year.
He will be replaced by real estate partner Adam Marks who joined the firm from West End firm Walsh Lawson in 1999.
The real estate practice has developed considerably in Whitfield’s seven year tenure, most notably taking Garretts’ head of property Keith Barnett and a team of assistants when the accoutancy-tied firm collapsed in spring 2002.
Adam said in statement, “John has created a strong foundation on which we can build for the future.”
