Taylor Wessing adds Orrick partner to finance team

Taylor Wessing has boosted its finance practice with the hire of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe partner Elisabeth Gaunt.
Gaunt, who joined the US firm in 2008, has a broad banking practice that covers the telecoms, trade and cash products and receivables sectors. She starts at Taylor Wessing today.
Gaunt said in a statement: “Joining a firm with such an ambitious international strategy is an exciting move. Both domestically and internationally, Taylor Wessing has a strong client base and a very clear growth plan, which I very much look forward to being part of.”
The hire follows the arrival of Ross Caldwell at Taylor Wessing last week. He joined from Dundas & Wilson.
