Taylor Vinters has named the management team that will succeed current managing partner Christine Berry, who is set to step down next year.

Ed Turner has been elected to take over as the firm’s managing partner, with Matt Meyer taking on the newly created role of chief executive.
The pair will succeed Berry, who has led the Cambridge firm for the past 10 years, on 1 May 2009.
Finance director Andrew Moran will be the third member of Taylor Vinters’ management board.
Meyer, who joined forces with Turner to present a new vision for the firm’s future at a recent partner retreat, praised Berry for her success during her decade managing the firm.
“Christine has been an intrinsic part of the success of the firm,” said Meyer. “We’re an ambitious firm with a fired-up partnership and a business that looks very positive in the midst of a downturn – we have an exciting future ahead.”
Taylor Vinters was ranked at number 127 in The Lawyer UK 200 Annual Report 2008 after posting revenue of £15.1m. This was a rise of one place on the previous year.
