Howard Hymanson brings particular expertise advising on City bonus claims, the termination of employment of senior executives as well as whistleblowing and discrimination cases.
Hymanson also sits on the legislative and policy sub-committee of the Employment Lawyers Association and is currently co-chair of its working party, consulting with the Department of Trade and Industry on the issue of fat cat salaries.
