Switzerland's Pestalozzi revamps its management team

Swiss firm Pestalozzi has elected a new management team, with litigation head Michael Kramer and financial services head Urs Klöti taking over as chair and managing partner respectively.

Klöti has been a member of Pestalozzi’s five-strong management board since 2005, while Kramer joined it in 2010.

The duo replace Robert Furter, who has been chair and managing partner of the firm since 2002. Furter will continue to be a member of the management board.

Corporate head Jakob Höhn and corporate partner Christoph Lang, who acts as the partner in charge of recruitment, are the remaining members of the board.

Meanwhile, tax head Maja Bauer-Balmelli has resigned from the board, although she will continue to lead the department.
