Swedish firm Magnusson has hired a duo of Estonian partners to continue its expansion into the Baltic region.
The firm opens an office in Tallinn next week (2 April), led by partners Siim Mägi and Indrek Veso, who join from local firms Glikman & Partners and Veso & Partners respectively.
The move follows Magnusson’s expansion into Helsinki (16 February 2011) and Malmö (9 January 2012). The firm has set out its stall to become a pan-Baltic player, following a trend of consolidation in the region.
Senior partner Per Magnusson said being in the Baltic states was “vital” for the firm’s cross-border strategy.
The Tallinn office, like all Magnusson’s offices, is fully financially integrated with the rest of the firm.
