Steve Wiltshere is a partner specialising in residential development, as well as mixed-use and commercial property development, and is also head of our Milton Keynes office.
He acts for a significant number of national residential developers, including Barratt, Bellway, David Wilson, Galliford Try and Linden Homes. He also acts for a number of regional private and social housing developers, investors and traders.
As well as traditional green and brownfield acquisitions, Wiltshere has extensive experience in dealing with complex city-centre mixed-use developments as well as large-scale strategic development opportunities pursuant to options, promotion agreements and the like.
In addition to residential development work, Wiltshere regularly advises a number of commercial developer clients, including Argent, Altitude Real Estate and Citygrove Securities.
His advice is regarded by his clients as proactive, commercial and deal driven, while retaining an attention to detail.
